Removal of load bearing wall/chimney. Toilet installation. Highly recommend Southpaw Building Services of whom we found very easy to communicate with, and responsive to all our messages and queries, certainly exceeding our expectations. Our experienced and independent electrician commented “in all my years Julian is one of the best from every perspective” Julian and his team were respectful, professional, and got the job done. We would certainly be happy to consult with Southpaw again in the future.

Julian and team knocked through our downstairs rooms – throughout the communication has been excellent and work completed to a high standard. We had some minor hassles with building regulations and Southpaw were helpful and supportive whilst these were sorted out. Thoroughly recommended

House Renovation We had a great experience renovating our home with Southpaw. The team was professional, responsive, and committed to delivering quality throughout the entire process. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in most areas of the house exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the clear communication and support along the way. The only minor issue we encountered was with the plumber and dry finish in the kitchen, which we weren’t fully aware of during the planning phase. It would have been helpful to have more clarity on this upfront. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience, and we’re very happy with the final result
